Roommate Matching Service

Attending the QCF Conference is an incredible opportunity to connect with LGBTQ+ Christians and deepen your faith journey. To make your experience even more enriching, we're excited to offer a Roommate Matching Service! Whether you're looking to share costs, make new friends, or simply enjoy the company of fellow attendees, this service is here to help you find a roommate for Conference.

This service will pair you with another conference attendee, and you will share a room at the Hilton Philadelphia at Penn’s Landing.

The cost is $294.69 for 3 nights (checking in on Thursday, January 21, 2027 – checking out on Sunday, January 24, 2027) and you will be paired with only one other person per room. There will be two beds in each room, one for each of you. The deadline for this application is December 11, 2026. Sign up today and start your conference adventure with a new friend by your side!

  • The service is open to anyone who is registered (or planning to register) for the QCF Conference. You must be attending the conference to participate.

  • We recommend registering for the conference first, but you can sign up for roommate matching at any time before the December 11, 2026 deadline.

  • We review your responses from the sign-up form and pair you with another attendee based on your preferences and availability.

  • If you have a specific person in mind, please note that in the sign-up form and we will do our best to accommodate.

  • The cost covers 3 nights at the Hilton Philadelphia at Penn's Landing (check-in Thursday, January 21 – check-out Sunday, January 24, 2027). The rate reflects your share of the room only; meals and other expenses are not included.

  • Yes. Please note any accessibility accommodations you require in the sign-up form and we will account for those in your match and room assignment.

  • Please contact the QCF team by emailing us at office@qchristian.org. This is a program of QCF and the hotel will not be able to help you with the roommate matching service.
